Since we were born and raised in Dubai, it was initially hard to envision leaving our family and comfort zone to study in a city like Prague, let alone live there. But after 6 years, many celebrations, coffees and tears later, it slowly but surely grew to become our home away from home. Life here taught us a lot about self-reliance and independence, and yet, we never felt alone!
We also noticed the increased number of international students with every new year, particularly from all across the UAE - which prompted us to step in and lend our gained knowledge to YOU.

Batool Kanawati
Hello :) I’m a 6th-year medical student and anatomy teacher at the Third Faculty of Medicine. Having tutored 1st year students privately and taught anatomy for a few years now - I’ve seen, heard, experienced and helped manage the ups and downs of being a student, both academically and mentally.
No two student experiences are the same, but with the right guidance and mindset, you will truly enjoy the journey :)

Heyo! I’m a 6th year medical student who represented our University in UAE alongside the Vice Dean.
I’ve worked closely with newly accepted students, and after seeing the same concerns and uncertainties come up repeatedly, it led us to create this service to help students transition into a new country and to give them a strong foundation to make their university life easier!
