    3. Assistance with essential local setup, including public transport card, mobile / SIM plan, and banking services.

    4. Visa & Residency Support. Includes assistance with student visa / residence permit renewal + Guidance on required documents, booking appointments.

    5. Consultations and Support; for purposes of administrative issues, university-related questions, unexpected problems or confusion.

    Academic tutoring is not included.
